No Refund or Compensation for any unused services or transport in any kind of circumstance.
We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations,
weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in
addition to the cost.
Check-In / Check-out time at all the properties would at 1200 hrs (Noon)
Clients staying on Meal Plan CP, MAP, and AP fined menu/buffet will be provided. There will not
be choice of menu.
The package prices are subject to change in case of any revision in the hotel accommodation
tariffs/any hike in the transport cost (including fuel hike) or in case of any addition tax levied by
government of state Jammu & Kashmir.
In Pahalgam: Sightseeing of Chandanwadi, Betaab Valley, Baisaran Valley and Aru Valley are not
included. If one wishes to visit the same, they can hire a taxi directly at Pahalgam taxi on their
own.
In Gulmarg: The vehicle is allowed to drop at main Gulmarg or at your hotel and from there
onwards one has to walk or can go by ponies on direct payment for local sightseeing in Gulmarg.
During heavy snowfall, there will be a change of the vehicle in Tangmarg which is about 14 kms
before Gulmarg. Snow jeeps or chained vehicles will be used from there up to Gulmarg and back
for which the clients have to pay an additional amount of appox. INR: 2000/- for return trip.
In Sonmarg: The vehicle is allowed to drop at main Sonmarg and from there onwards one has to
walk up to Thajwas or one can go by ponies on direct payment. (Route is closed during Heavy
Snowfall)
o If there will be any natural calamity / snowfall, chained jeeps has to be used from Tangmarg
to Gulmarg. Clients have to pay directly at Tangmarg. The cost will be appox. 2000/- per
chained Jeep.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
25% before 30 days from date of arrival.
50% before 15 days from dated of arrival
75% within 10 days from date of arrival
100% within 7 days from date of arrival.
Note: Hotel bookings depends on availability in hotels
